Refurbishment & Social Housing Development

With a dedication to ESG principles, we refurbish commercial properties to residential properties to meet all current building and fire regulations. We collaborate closely with local authorities, councils, Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs), and receivers to deliver high-quality social and workforce housing, particularly for government- supported and frontline workers. Supported by SEAI initiatives, we also optimize energy performance (BER) wherever possible.
